Save the Rainforests

Saving the Rainforests – Project Pack 🌿🐒

What if you could journey deep into the world’s greatest rainforests—and learn how to save them? In this project, students travel with us across Vietnam, Laos, and Borneo through real first-hand footage of wildlife, tribes, and survival in the rainforest. From staying overnight in a treehouse high in the canopy to meeting orangutans and proboscis monkeys in the wild, this pack makes global rainforest adventures come alive in the classroom.

📝 What’s Inside

🎥 Epic Video Lessons – Explore Vietnam’s rainforests, climb into the canopy in Laos to study the rainforest layers, and trek through Borneo to discover orangutans, proboscis monkeys, and the traditions of the Dayak tribe.

🎨 Creative Activities – Rainforest-inspired art, dioramas of rainforest layers, building model rainforest homes, and growing your own plants to study adaptations.

🔬 STEM Connections – Investigate how plants adapt to survive, explore technologies being developed to protect forests, and design your own solutions for the future.

🌍 Big Question – Why are rainforests important to the planet, and what can we do to save them?

🎯 Why It Works
