The Vietnam Adventure – Design Your Own Tour Company ✈️
What if you could design the ultimate adventure through Vietnam? In this project, students become tour operators, exploring the country’s landmarks, food, clothing, culture, and festivals to learn what makes Vietnam such a unique destination for travellers.
📝 What’s Inside
🎥 Adventure Video Lessons – Visit Ha Long Bay, Hội An, traditional markets, rice terraces, and Vietnam’s street food stalls. Experience the traditions of the Tết New Year festival, crafts, and clothing.
🧪 Hands-On Activities – Investigate the many sides of tourism: cultural, eco-tourism, adventure, food tourism, and luxury travel. Research real destinations and design authentic experiences.
🎨 Creative Challenges – Build a brand identity for your tour company (name, logo, slogan). Create itineraries and tour packages for different types of tourists, from families to explorers.
📚 Cross-Curricular Skills – Geography (places and landscapes), English (persuasive brochures, posters, adverts), Art & Design (logos, branding), Business (marketing, teamwork, pitching).
🌍 The Epic Final Challenge
After exploring Vietnam, students bring it all home: they must create their own tour company for their local area. From logos to itineraries, marketing campaigns to presentations, students will pitch their company in a Dragon’s Den style showcase.
